OUR TECHNOLOGY
Pavemetrics sensors help transportation asset managers to better manage their assets by reducing inspection time and labor cost, while improving both data accuracy and repeatability.
Using a combination of high-speed 3D lasers and precision optics, Pavemetrics’ patented inspection technology produces both high-resolution 2D images, as well as 3D profiles, at speeds up to 100km/h, day or night. Combined with a large and growing library of automated data processing algorithms, infrastructure can be quickly and objectively inspected.
Engineered to be flexible, Pavemetrics’ technology has been adapted to the inspection needs of a wide variety of infrastructure including: road pavement condition evaluation, railway condition evaluation, detection of foreign object debris (FOD) at airports, and high-speed-train-tunnel vault lining inspection.
